Kyra Wells is a passionate creative leader dedicated to equipping aspiring creatives with tools and resources they need to succeed and always looking a new opportunities to make a positive impact on the design industry. She is currently a creative marketing designer at American Greetings where she is responsible for designing marketing campaigns and national advertisements that captivate and engage audiences in retail stores and social platforms.

Kyra is also an active member of the design community in Cleveland. She serves as the President of AIGA Cleveland, a local chapter of that national professional design organization. She is also an adjunct instructor  at Cuyahoga Community College.  Kyra has also been invited to speak at several events, including the Futureland Tech Conference and The State of Black Design In Nashville TN. local colleges. Through these speaking engagements, Kyra shares her knowledge and experience in the design industry and aims to empower local creatives to take their skills to the next level.
